Standard: Arrives in 3-5 business days
UPS 2 nd Day Air : Arrives in 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air: Arrives in 1 business days after shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders shipping via ground to be processed.
All orders placed after 9 a.m EST will ship out on the next business day.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we're happy to accept your return within 60 days of when you received the product. Your purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

In-Store Returns: If you return your item to any Duman Home store, the return process will begin immediately. Your full refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Returns by Mail: If you prefer to return your item by mail, we’ll email you a notification once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been initiated. From this date, your full refund amount will be applied to the original payment account within 7 business days. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for the complete return process. 

Please Note: We do not accept returns on final sale items and gift cards. Bedding inserts (pillow-comforter-mattress pads) are refundable within 15 days from the date of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If items are returned more than 60 days past receipt, we reserve the right to refuse the return. 

EXCHANGE 
Duman Home offers product exchanges in-store and by mail within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and new condition, with the label attached. If your item does not qualify for an exchange, we recommend returning it and placing a new order.
