• Returns by Mail: Email us at info@dumanhome.com to begin your return. Once your return is received, we’ll notify you and initiate your refund. Please allow 10-14 business days for the full process.

We offer exchanges in-store and by mail within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition with tags attached. If an item doesn’t qualify for exchange, we recommend returning it and placing a new order.

Yes. Final sale items, gift cards, and bedding inserts (pillows, comforters, mattress pads) are non-refundable after 15 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns past 60 days.
